Renée DeVesty independently established and launched a production company in 1999 to promote and execute social justice events and

community fundraisers to serve those in need

Through Music, Art & Dance,  Renée's Art through Activism connects

with seekers – who, without explanation – are compelled to search for and understand a deeper sense of meaning in their lives

She is a PBS “MAKER: Women Who Make America” Award Recipient, a Speaker’s Bureau Member of RAINN in Washington, DC and has been published and interviewed on national media outlets for her contributions in Women's Advocacy & Activism

Practicing the NIA Dance form for over a decade, Renée recently received her Certification to teach NIA professionally;

In January 2026, she was invited to serve on the Art Committee Board

for May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society;

She is working on a Memoir to be released later this year
